25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 56 days before arrival.
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
A pre-authorization of €116 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 6 days after departure
We have a 2 night minimum stay policy. However, for Christmas/New Year we set a 5 day minimum.
Dogs are welcome - but please ask in advance.
